Things are getting really interesting for our Vocari and her men by this point. Rose had to be healed after the last book and we start with her waking up after that. To make matters worse the evil twin makes an appearance and is really quite awful to say the least. Makes for some interesting developments though leading to the cliff hanger ending. The finale is going to be quite explosive! I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.

Was this even proofread? Did the people doing so know the difference between to and too? It was a painful read. It also barely moved the story forward at all. It was an interlude of sex, and some mild plotting. Followed by a few revelations. This does not make it a book. This makes it boring and not worth the time it money. You could skip this entire book and still finish the series having missed nothing truly important.
Ultimately, this would probably be 3 stars for me when taking into account that reverse harems aren't really my thing. However... editing. Did ANYONE even attempt to proof read this before publishing it?

That's just incredibly sloppy. It feels a little disrespectful to the reader that even the author doesn't take enough pride in her work to read back what she's already written. If she won't read it to make sure it's working, why should I even bother?

This one was a HUGE improvement from the last two books. I'm glad I decided to forge forward with the series because it's getting good now.
In this installment Rose and the guys are working with Azrael to build an army to fight against Azrael's twin Raphael. They are traveling the world to recruit as many vampires as they can to join the cause. As they do this, Rose finds herself more drawn to Azrael and an attraction between them is becoming harder to deny.
Although it hasn't officially happened yet, it seems that this series is moving towards adding Azrael to the harem. In this book him and Rose have a few steamy kissing moments and I'm not sure how I feel about that. First off, she hasn't told the guys about it so it feels like she's cheating on them. ☹️
Also, I don't know how I feel about adding Azrael to the harem in general. On the one hand I really like Azrael almost better than any of the other guys. I also understand the vampire culture in this world being reverse-harem-driven because of the rarity of female vampires. However, I'm not a big fan of open polyamorous relationships (like Anita Blake) so much as a closed reverse harem relationship which has a set amount of guys sort of determined at the beginning. It feels less like cheating when it's setup like this in my mind.
So we will see where that goes. I have mixed feelings about it. 🤷♀️
Still, like I said above this book was so much better. There was a lot more excitement and pushing the plot forward and that was a lot of fun. A lot more on the edge of your seat type of feel and I enjoyed that a lot.
I do still have a few of the same issues that I had with the first two books though:
1. Rose has a very better-than-everyone-else type of personality. She constantly belittles the guys and makes them sound weak and unable to take care of her (or themselves), whereas SHE can take care of herself and them. She basically treats them like babies and I hate this about her. It also makes THEM less appealing to me.
2. Other than for Rose (and a little for Azrael too), there has still been virtually no character building done for the three guys in the harem. They just feel like warm (or rather cold) bodies in the background. This makes it hard for me to feel a connection to them. The author has spent a lot of time on Rose's personality and also developing Azrael's character, but not so much the other guys. Like what was up with Blake's tired and dour mood in this one? It seems like something is wrong with him but we aren't told what. I can't connect to characters I don't know!
3. Like the other books, this one also had some editing errors. I can honestly look past these if the book is good enough, but it still seems a little unprofessional.
Overall though this book was a huge improvement from the last two. It's a lot more exciting and I'm looking forward to diving into the last book a lot more than I was for this one.
P.S. Why didn't I stop at the last book if I didn't like it? Because…vampire reverse harem with m/m action! Need I say more? That's not an easy thing to find! 🫦 ❤️
P.P.S. You know what would've been a crazy twist? If Raphael and Azrael had actually been the same person all along! Dun dun dun! I know that's not the case because we've seen them together, but it still would've been a cool twist. Also I like Azrael so that would be sad, but it would still be a crazy twist!

This one ripped me in all my tender-hearted places – Rose has this incredible presence, an amazing strength at the core of her – she's not only the kind of woman that men want but she's also the kind of woman that this woman wants, and admires and respects and aspires to be and would happily cheerlead for, for every day of her l Cover! The Cover is sexy AF. It's so hot and strong and powerful… and that is just the beginning of the rolling tsunami of awesomeness in this installment of the series.

She's a heart that is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. I had moments while reading this that I thought my heart was going to explode at her bravery and courage. I had moments where her very fascinating Rose-ness just blew my mind and I was driven to tears of pure mirth. Even the sexy times had another multifaceted layer of such incredible intimacy this time and it was overwhelmingly beautiful.
Mostly, Redeem Me was an exercise in me examining (against my very best intentions) the full spectrum of my emotions. Who knew I had so many? And, it left me raw. Sensitive. Vulnerable. And yet, still… hopeful.
Elena Lawson had a great series in hand – it was amazing already, then, she added more layers and extra depth and intrigue and excitement and turned it into something even more vital and significant. Maybe it's my weepy heart but today, heroes feel so important.

This book kept Rose true to her character from when she first appeared. She's an independent and complete bad@$$. She can be reckless at times but she still tries to make smart choices or the "lesser of two evils". She wasn't ever a character who made dumb choices. So her kidnapping in this book wasn't her fault at all but at the fault of one's betrayal.

I liked how the plot line of her being captured gave us an inside view of Rafe's world and how he lives. It's repulsive and allows the reader to despise him despite his identical looks to Az, whom I love as a character. Rafe's torture on Rose's mind was well depicted I think. It highlighted her ptsd and panic attacks whenever he was around her after her time in "the box". Her reaction to Az after her escape was genuine and realistic as well, even if it broke my heart for Az. I am glad that the author didn't skim over that aspect of her torture and the side effects that accompanied the torture.
One thing I kept forgetting to include in my previous reviews on this series is that there is a fair amount of typos, which isn't something I remember seeing when I read another series by this author. I think it is easily corrected with another round of edits with either an editor or a beta reader.

The narration was spot on, it gets better and better with each book. I though Addison did a fabulous job with all the new characters we got to meet, especially those under Raphael's control. I think the way she created the big suspenseful and painful scene with Rose and Ethan, I totally could imagine the scene in my head. That is a sign of a great narrator and audiobook.
Highly recommend this series, this fall cannot come soon enough!! Do yourself a favor and pick up this series ❤️❤️❤️

This book is much more about their higher purpose/long term goals for vampire kind. It fills in a lot of the blanks about enigma Azreal... and he is so cold, yet so hot... yet so many opportunities for more from him seem wasted (it builds to a crescendo in book 4, worth the wait, although torturous).
Turns out there is much more to Rose, her linege and the power of her will and her blood. Yet every discovery puts them all in more and more danger.

Oh my goodness! This story was so intriguing and so gripping that I didn't want to put it down. I adore Rose and how strong she is. The characters are continuing their growth and how close they are to each other. This was extremely well written and the descriptions are so vivid that they are easily able to be pictured. I am sad that I have to wait for the next one but I know it is going to be epic. This series is a must read!!!!!!
On the plus side, it's at least been edited unlike the other reviewers. So it wasn't THAT bad grammatically. That's something I guess.
This book was so tense and exciting. Rosie has so much strength and will in her. I can't not wait until she comes to her full power and strength. Then she can deal with Raphael with the help of the others and get her revenge for what he did to her mother, her and what he has put her through.
I was getting a bit bored with the beginning of book three.... minimal movement in the story line, no new characters, at about 60% in it grabbed me again then devoured the ending, onto book four. Im hoping Rose adds a fourth to her harem! Azrael has grown on me, and the interaction with Rose and Az keeps things interesting.
This is book 3 and a series each story concluded an arc but has a bit of a cliffhanger. They have to be read an order or they won't make any sense as they pick off exactly where the last leaves off. This one is hard but essential to the story building. May have triggers, read with caution.
She can't escape because the room she's in is compelled to stop whomever tries to leave without permission. But when Rose finds out his true intention for her, she risks her life to get back to her guys.
